Educational Qualification
- Chief Manager-IT:Applicants must have completed their Graduation Degree in a relevant field. Additionally, they must possess at least 10 years of experience in the relevant area, signifying a high level of expertise and knowledge in IT-related disciplines.
- Senior Manager-IT:Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience is also mandatory, indicating a substantial background in IT and related technologies.
- Senior Manager:A Graduation degree and at least 5 years of working experience are essential for this role. This implies that the candidate must have a solid foundation in their field, coupled with practical experience.
- Assistant Manager:Graduation in a relevant field is an essential requirement. This position is aimed at relatively newer entrants into the professional world, with the educational qualification ensuring they have the necessary knowledge base.
Selection Process
- Online Examination –Candidates first undergo an online test assessing their reasoning, quantitative aptitude, professional knowledge, and general awareness of the banking sector.
- Screening of Applications –Based on the online exam scores, applications are screened to shortlist candidates for the next round.
- Group Discussion –Shortlisted candidates participate in a group discussion to evaluate their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Interview – The final step is a personal interview conducted by a panel of bank officials to assess the candidate’s suitability for the position, focusing on technical knowledge, personality, and motivation for joining the bank.
