இந்தியா – நேபாளம் இடையேயான பெட்ரோலியக் குழாய் திறப்பு
பீகார் மாநிலம் மோதிஹாரி பகுதிக்கும், நேபாளத்தின் அம்லேக்கஞ்ச் பகுதிக்கும் இடையே 69 கி.மீ நீளத்துக்கு பெட்ரோலிய குழாய் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்தியன் ஆயில் நிறுவனம், நேபாள எரிபொருள் கழகத்துடன் இணைந்து இந்த குழாயை அமைத்துள்ளது.
இரு நாடுகளுக்கிடையே குழாய் அமைக்கும் திட்டம் கடந்த 1996-ம் ஆண்டு முன்மொழியப்பட்டு 2014-ம் ஆண்டு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.

ஸ்ரீவில்லிபுத்தூர் பால்கோவாவுக்கு புவிசார் குறியீடு மத்திய அரசு வழங்கியது.
கடந்த 79 ஆண்டுகளாக ஸ்ரீவில்லிபுத்தூரில் பால்கோவா தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
ஏற்கனவே மத்திய அரசின் புவிசார் குறியீட்டு துறை சார்பில் இதுவரை காஞ்சிபுரம் பட்டு, மதுரை மல்லி, கொடைக்கானல் மலைப்பூண்டு, பழனி பஞ்சாமிர்தம், காரைக்குடி கண்டாங்கி சேலை, திண்டுக்கல் பூட்டு ஆகியவற்றுக்கு வழங்கியுள்ளது.
புவிசார் குறியீட்டு துறை, இந்திய காப்புரிமை அலுவலகம் மற்றும் வர்த்தகம் தொழில் துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் கட்டுபாட்டில் இயங்கும்.

Srivilliputhur palkova Bagged the Geographical Indication tag from the Geographical Indications Registry in Chennai. The GI application was filed by the Srivilliputhur Milk Producers Co-operative Society.
The sweet is manufactured in and around the municipality of Srivilliputhur in Virudhunagar district.
The famed Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple in Madurai has been adjudged the second best ‘Swachh Iconic Place’ (clean place) in India.
The Madurai City Corporation is also set to receive a special award from the Centre as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

On september 10, 2019, India and Nepal officially opened South Asia’s first cross-border oil pipeline.
