‘சாஹி போஜன்: பெஹ்தார் ஜீவன்’ (new logo and tagline ‘Sahi Bhoja: Behtar Jeevan’) என்ற கோஷத்துடன் ‘சரியாக சாப்பிடுங்கள் இந்தியா’ (‘Eat Right India’) என்ற பிரச்சாரம் சுகாதார அமைச்சரால் றுர்ழு பிராந்தியக் குழுவின் 72வது அமர்வில்’ நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்வில் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.
மத்திய உணவு மற்றும் நுகர்வோர் விவகார அமைச்சர் ஸ்ரீ ராம் விலாஸ் பாஸ்வான் பல்வேறு துறைகள் மற்றும் பொதுத்துறை அலகுகளில் (Public Sector Units(PSU))) ஒற்றை பயன்பாட்டு பிளாஸ்டிக் பாட்டில்களை தடை செய்வதாக அறிவித்தார். இதில் இந்திய உணவுக் கூட்டுத்தாபனமும் (Food Corporation of India (FCI)) அடங்கும். இந்த தடை செப்டம்பர் 15 முதல் அமலுக்கு வருகிறது.
சர்வதேச நிகழ்வுகள்
இந்திய கடற்படை (ஐ.என்) மற்றும் ராயல் தாய் கடற்படை (ஆர்.டி.என்) ஆகியவற்றிற்கு இடையிலான இந்தியா-தாய்லாந்து ஒருங்கிணைந்த ரோந்து (இந்தோ-தாய் கார்பாட்) (Inod-Thai CORPAT) 28வது பதிப்பு 2019 செப்டம்பர் 05 முதல் 15 வரை நடத்தப்படுகிறது.
இந்திய கடற்படை (ஐ.என்) கப்பல் கேசரி மற்றும் ஹிஸ் மெஜஸ்டியின் தாய்லாந்து கப்பல் (எச்.டி.எம்.எஸ்) கிராபுரி மற்றும் இரு கடற்படைகளிலிருந்தும் கடல்சார் ரோந்து விமானம் ஆகியவை கோர்பாட்டில் பங்கேற்கின்றன.
ரஷ்ய ஆயுதப்படைகளின் வருடாந்திர பயிற்சி சுழற்சியின் ஒரு பகுதியாக உருவாகும் பெரிய அளவிலான பயிற்சிகளின் வருடாந்திர தொடரின் ஒரு பகுதியாக TSENTR பயிற்சி செய்யப்படுகிறது.
ரஷ்யா ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஒரு பெரிய இராணுவப் பயிற்சியை நடத்துகிறது. அதாவது நான்கு இராணுவ கட்டளைகளில் ஒன்று, அதாவது வோஸ்டாக் (கிழக்கு), ஜாபாட் (மேற்கு), TSENTR (மையம்) மற்றும் காவ்காஸ் (தெற்கு). இந்த ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 09 முதல் செப்டம்பர் 19 வரை ரஷ்யாவின் ஓரன்பேர்க்கில் உள்ள டோங்குஸ் பயிற்சி வரம்புகளில் இந்த பயிற்சி திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
உலக பொருளாதார மன்றம் (WEF) வெளியிட்ட 2019ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான சமீபத்திய பயண மற்றும் சுற்றுலா போட்டித்திறன் குறியீட்டின் (TTCI) படி, இந்தியா 34வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது. இது 2017 அறிக்கையிலிருந்து (40 வது தரவரிசை) 6 இடங்கள் முன்னேற்றம் அடைந்துள்ளது. இந்த குறியீட்டில் ஸ்பெயின் முதலிடத்திலும், பிரான்ஸ் மற்றும் ஜெர்மனி முறையே இரண்டாவது மற்றும் மூன்றாவது இடங்களிலும் உள்ளன.
முக்கிய தினங்கள்
ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபை (ஐ.நா) தனது 2012 ஐ.நா பொதுச் சபையில் ஆண்டுதோறும் செப்டம்பர் 5ஐ சர்வதேச தொண்டு தினமாக கடைப்பிடிக்க அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக அறிவித்தது. அந்த தீர்மானத்தின் கீழ் முதல் சர்வதேச தொண்டு நாள் 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டில் அனுசரிக்கப்பட்டது.
வறுமை மற்றும் பசியைப் போக்க தர்மத்தின் பங்கு பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை உருவாக்குவதை இந்த நாள் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
1979ஆம் ஆண்டு அமைதிக்கான நோபல் பரிசைப் பெற்ற “அன்னை தெரசா” அவர்களின் நினைவு தினத்தை நினைவுகூறும் விதமாக இந்த நாள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டது.

From September 15,2019, Food and Consumer Affairs Ministry has decided to ban single-use plastic in its various departments as well as the public sector units under its administration.
Union Food and Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan took this decision . Paswan announced “a blanket ban on all types of single use plastic products”
Indian Navy (IN) and the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) joint in the 28th edition of India-Thailand Coordinated Patrol (Indo-Thai CORPAT) being conducted from 05 – 15 September 2019.
Ship Kesari from Indian Naval (IN)and His Majesty’s Thailand Ship (HTMS) Kraburi along with Maritime Patrol Aircraft from both the navies are participating in the CORPAT.
India will be taking part with armies from Pakistan, China among others in the exercises being held by Russia set to be kicked off from September 9.
“This year, invitations for the participation of this exercise have been extended to nine other countries. This year’s Exercise TSENTR 2019 will be conducted by the Central Military Commission of Russia.

According to the recent Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) for the year 2019 released by the World Economic Forum(WEF) on September 4, 2019,India was ranked at the 34th spot, an improvement by 6 places from the 2017 report (40th rank).
IMPORTANT DAYS
The United Nations(UN) officially declared to observe September 5annually as the International Day of Charity in its 2012 UN General Assembly. The day was chosen to commemorate the death anniversary of “Mother Teresa”
The day aims to create awareness about the role of charity to alleviate poverty and hunger.
