யுத் அபியாஸ் பயிற்சி என்பது இந்தியாவிற்கும் அமெரிக்காவிற்கும் இடையிலான மிகப்பெரிய கூட்டு இராணுவ பயிற்சி மற்றும் பாதுகாப்புக் கழக முயற்சிகளில் ஒன்றாகும். இது இரு நாடுகளுக்கும் இடையில் மாறி மாறி நடத்தப்படும் கூட்டுப் பயிற்சியின் 15 வது பதிப்பாகும்.

பிரேசிலின் ரியோ டி ஜெனிரோவில் நடைபெறும் இப்போட்டியில் 10மீ.ஏர் பிஸ்டல் கலப்பு பிரிவில் இந்திய நட்சத்திரங்கள் மானு பாக்கர்-சௌரவ் சௌதரி இணை தங்கப் பதக்கம் வென்று அசத்தியது.
கலப்பு ஏர் ரைபிள் பிரிவில் இந்தியாவின் அபூர்வி சந்தேலா-தீபக்குமார் இணை தங்கப்பதக்கம் வென்றனர். இந்திய அணி 5 தங்கம், 2 வெள்ளி, 2 வெண்கலப் பதக்கங்களை வென்று முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது.

Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare(MoHFW) Harsh Vardhan inaugurated the ‘72nd Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East Asia’ in New Delhi on September 2, 2019
He was unanimously elected as the chairof the 72nd Session of the WHO(World Health Organisation) Regional Committee for South-East Asia.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the “Garvi Gujarat Bhavan”at Akbar Road in New Delhi on September 2, 2019.
The building was built by the Gujarat government at a cost of Rs 131 crore which will serve as home for Gujarati people in Delhi and the old Gujarat Bhavan at Chanakyapuri, Delhi will also continue to function.

Exercise Yudh Abhyas- 2019 is being conducted as a part of ongoing Indo – USA defence cooperation , it is a joint military training, at joint Base Lewis Mc Chord, Washington, USA from 05-18 September 2019.
This Exercise Yudh Abhyas -2019 is one of the largest joint running military training and defense Corporation between India and USA.

On September 3, 2019 former India women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj has announced her retirement from T20(twenty-twenty) International inorder to focus on the upcoming 2021, 50 over World Cup hosted by New Zealand.
She represented India in 89 matches in the shortest format, scoring 2,364 runs which is the highest by any Indian Women to date.
India finished at the top of the ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol Championship in Rio De Janeiro with 5 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.
Indian pair of Manu Bhaker and Saurabh Choudhary of India defeated their compatriot rivals Yashaswini Deswai and Abhishek Verma in the summit clash of 10-Metre Air Pistol mixed team event.
In the International Cricket Council (ICC) Test Rankings, Steve Smithof Australia piped Indian captain Virat Kohli and secured the top spot. He has a one-point (904 points) lead over Kohli (903 points).
Smith returned to the top spot riding on his twin centuries in the first Ashes Test against England and 92 in the second match.
