வியாபாரத்தை எளிதாக்கும் முயற்சியில், உணவுத் தரத்தினைக் கண்காணிக்கும் அமைப்பான உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தர நிர்ணய ஆணையம் (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India – FSSAI) ஆனது உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு மித்ரா என்ற திட்டத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
இந்தத் திட்டமானது உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு சட்டங்களுக்கு இணங்க சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர உணவு வணிகங்களை ஆதரிக்கும்.
உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு மித்ரா என்பது FSSAI ஆல் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு தனிப்பட்ட தொழில்முறை திட்டமாகும். இது FSS சட்டம், விதிகள் மற்றும் ஒழுங்குமுறைகள் தொடர்பான இணக்கங்களுக்கு உதவுகிறது.
இந்திய உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தர நிர்ணய ஆணையம் மேற்கொண்ட தேசியக் கணக்கெடுப்பின் ஒரு பகுதியாக பரிசோதிக்கப்பட்ட சில பால் மாதிரிகளில் அஃப்லாடாக்சின் M1 (AFM1)என்ற கொடிய புற்றுநோய்க்கான தடயங்கள் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
பின்வரும் மாநிலங்களில் அஃப்லாடாக்சின் கலப்படங்கள் அதிக விகிதங்களில் காணப்படுகின்றன.

Senior IPS officer of Gujarat cadre Anup Kumar Singh has been appointed as Director-General of the National Security Guard (NSG). The appointment of Mr Singh, who is a 1985-batch IPS officer, was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
His appointment will be from the date of joining the post and up to 30th of September, 2020.
Bali Jatra, one of the biggest trade fairs of Odisha, is scheduled to begin on 12 November 2019. The trade fair will continue for 8 days and this year’s Baliyatra will be jointly organized by Cuttack District Administration, Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and District Cultural Council.

Sri Lanka has been removed from ‘Grey List’ of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) following the new measures taken by the country on financial security.
The word ‘Grey List’ identified by FATF refers to a jurisdiction with strategic Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) deficiencies.

The Vice President Shri Venkaiyah Naidu presented the “Most Eminent Senior Citizen Award” to scholar, legal luminary and former Attorney General of India Shri K Parasaran.
He was honored with the award on the occasion of Elder’s Day celebration organized by Age Care India.
BOOKS
Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a book titled ‘Bridgital Nation: Solving Technology’s People Problem’ in New Delhi on 20 October 2019. He presented books’ first copy to eminent industrialist and philanthropist Ratan Tata.
