• மத்திய புள்ளியியல் மற்றும் திட்ட அமலாக்க அமைச்சகம் 7வது பொருளாதாரக் கணக்கெடுப்பை நடத்துகிறது.
  • இந்தக் கணக்கெடுப்பு தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப அடிப்படையிலான டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் தகவல்களைத் திரட்டி சரிபார்த்து வெளியிடவுள்ளது. தமிழ்நாட்டில் இந்தக் கணக்கெடுப்பை, ஆளுநர் பன்வாரிலால் புரோஹித், வரும் 9ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கி வைக்கிறார்.
  • 1977 தொடங்கி 2013 வரை பொருளாதாரக் கணக்கெடுப்பு ஆறு முறை நடந்துள்ள நிலையில், 7வது கணக்கெடுப்பு இந்த ஆண்டு நடைபெறுகிறது.

• வங்கதேசப் பிரதமர் ஷேக் ஹசீனா, பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடியை சந்தித்துப் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தியதைத் தொடர்ந்து, இரு நாடுகளுக்கிடையே கலாச்சாரம், கல்வி, கடல்சார் பாதுகாப்பு உள்ளிட்ட துறைகளில் 7 ஒப்பந்தங்கள் கையெழுத்தாகின.

• உலக மகளிர் குத்துச்சண்டை சாம்பியன்ஷிப் போட்டி 75கிலோ பிரிவில் இந்திய வீராங்கனை ஸ்வீட்டி போரா வெற்றி பெற்று காலிறுதிக்கு முந்தைய சுற்றுக்கு தகுதி பெற்றார்.
  • ரஷியாவின் உலன்உடே நகரில் நடைபெற்று வரும் இப்போட்டியில் இந்தியாவின் ஜமுனா போரோ முதல் வெற்றியை ஈட்டியிருந்தார்.

  • In the Global Firepower Index (GFP) /Military Strength Ranking 2019 of the Global Firepower which ranks each nation’s potential war-making capability across land, sea and air with conventional weapons, India was ranked 4th with the Power Index (PwrIndx) score of 0.1065 and in South Asia, it stood at the No 1 position.
