தமிழக நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• ஏழு அறிஞர்களின் நூல்கள் நாட்டுடைமையாக்கப்பட்டு தலா ரூ.5 லட்சம் வீதம் ரூ.35 லட்சம் வழங்க தமிழ் வளர்ச்சித்துறை அரசாணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
  • தமிழக முதல்வர் எடப்பாடி கே.பழனிசாமி கடந்த ஜூலை 20 ஆம் தேதி சட்டபேரவையில் விதி எண் – 11 இன் கீழ் வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பில், தமிழறிஞர்களுக்கு புதிய விருதுகளையும் நிதியுதவிகளையும் வழங்கியது. இதுவரை 149 அறிஞர்களின் நூல்களை நாட்டுடைமையாக்கி, அவர்களை மரபுரிமையர்களுக்கு பரிசுத்தொகை வழங்கியுள்ளது.

• தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள உணவு மிகவும் பாதுகாப்பற்றது என்று FSSAI அறிக்கை கூறுகின்றது.
  • தமிழ்நாட்டில் 45% உணவு மாதிரிகள் தேவையான தரங்களைப் பூர்த்தி செய்யவில்லை.
  • தமிழ்நாட்டில் 12.7% உணவு மாதிரிகள் கலப்படம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன மற்றும் நுகர்வுக்குப் பாதுகாப்பற்றவை என இந்த அறிக்கை குறிப்பிடுகின்றது.

 

 

தேசிய நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• நாடு முழுவதும் கிராமப்புறங்களில் 16.34 கோடி வீடுகளில் கழிப்பறை வசதி உள்ளது என்று நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் மத்திய ஜல் சக்தி துறை அமைச்சர் கஜேந்திர சிங் ஷெகாவத் தெரிவித்தார்.
  • இதில் அதிகபட்சமாக, உத்தரபிரதேசத்தில் 2.84 கோடி வீடுகளிலும், பீகாரில் 1.59 கோடி வீடுகளிலும், மேற்கு வங்கத்தில் 1.37 கோடி வீடுகளிலும் கழிப்பறை வசதிகள் உள்ளன.

    • ஸ்வச் பாரத் அபியனின் கீழ் ஒரு புதிய திட்டமாக பிரதா மந்திரி ஸ்வச் பாரத் யோஜனா, இலவச கழிப்பறை திட்டம் 2019 அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
    • இத்திட்டத்தின் முதன்மையான நோக்கம் கழிப்பறை இல்லாத வீடுகளில் கழிப்பறைகள் அமைப்பதாகும்.

 

 

• இந்தியா மற்றும் இலங்கை ஆகிய நாடுகளுக்கிடையே நடத்தப்படும் கூட்டுப் பயிற்சியின் ஏழாவது பதிப்பான 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டின் “மித்ரா சக்தி” என்ற பயிற்சியானது 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டில் டிசம்பர் 01 முதல் 14 வரை புனேவில் உள்ள வெளிநாட்டு பயிற்சி முனையத்தில் நடத்தத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • மித்ரா சக்தி என்ற பயிற்சியானது இந்தியா மற்றும் இலங்கை ஆகிய நாடுகளின் இராணுவ உறவுகள் மற்றும் இருநாட்டுப் படைகளுக்கு இடையேயான தொடர்புகள் ஆகியவற்றின் ஒரு பகுதியாக ஆண்டுதோறும் நடத்தப்படுகின்றது.

 

 

• இந்திய உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தர நிர்ணய ஆணையமானது (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India – FSSAI) விதிமுறைகளின் அமலாக்கம் குறித்த 2018 – 19 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான தரவை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
  • பாதுகாப்பற்ற, தரமற்ற மற்றும் பெயரிடல் குறைபாடுகள் ஆகியவற்றிற்காகத் தனித்தனியாகத் தொகுக்கப்பட்ட தரவுகளை வெளியிடுவது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும்.
  • இதில் உத்தரகாண்ட், கோவா, பீகார், சிக்கிம், குஜராத் மற்றும் தெலுங்கானா உள்ளிட்ட பத்து மாநிலங்கள் /ஒன்றியப் பிரதேசங்கள் சிறப்பாகச் செயல்பட்டன என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
  • இதில் நாகாலாந்து, உத்தரப் பிரதேசம், தமிழ்நாடு, ஜார்க்கண்ட், ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர், ராஜஸ்தான் மற்றும் பஞ்சாப் ஆகியவை மிகவும் மோசமாகச் செயல்பட்ட பத்து மாநிலங்களின் வரிசையில் உள்ளன.

 

 

சர்வதேச நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• உலகளாவிய வலையமைப்பின் கண்டுபிடிப்பாளரான டிம் பெர்னர்ஸ் லீ என்பவர் உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள 80 நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் அரசாங்கங்கள் ஆகியவற்றுடன் இணைந்து இணையத்திற்கான ஒரு புதிய ஒப்பந்தத்தை அறிவித்துள்ளார்.
  • அனைத்து பங்குதாரர்களுக்கும் ஒரு “சிறந்த” வலையமைப்பை உருவாக்குவதற்கு ஒரு உலகளாவிய செயல் திட்டத்தை உருவாக்குவதே இந்தக் கருத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.
  • இந்த ஒப்பந்தமானது அரசாங்கங்கள், குடிமக்கள் மற்றும் நிறுவனங்கள் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு தலா மூன்று கொள்கைகள் என்று, மொத்தம் 9 கொள்கைகளைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

NATIONAL NEWS

• The 2019 Global Diplomacy Index was released by Sydney-based Lowy Institute. The index gives the latest statistics and marking about how the world’s diplomatic networks are expanding and, in certain cases, shrinking. The index ranked 61 countries across the world.
  • China now has more diplomatic posts across the world than United States in 2019, India was ranked 12th among the 61 countries.

    • The Index identifies almost 6000 diplomatic posts in around 660 cities.

 

 

• Home Minister Amit Shah will be reaching Lucknow to address the valedictory session of 47th All India Police science congress. The 2-day event was inaugurated by Lieutenant Governor of Puducheri and retired IPS officer Kiran Bedi.

• US President Donald Trump has signed two bills into law, supporting the Hong Kong protesters. The first one would require the State Department to certify once a year that Hong Kong is sufficiently autonomous to retain its special U.S. trading consideration. Under that designation, the city is not subject to the tariffs that have been levied on China.

BANKING NEWS

• The Reserve Bank of India on November 27, 2019 raised concerns over increasing bad loans from the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana. RBI believes that there is an urgent need to monitor the loans sanctioned under Mudra Yojana.
  • According to RBI, the percentage of MUDRA loans were at 2.52% in 2017-18, It has now raised to 2.89% in 2018-19. It also says that the number of loans being sanctioned under the scheme has increased greatly.

• Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) chairman G Satheesh Reddy was awarded the honorary fellowship by the Royal Aeronautical Society of United Kingdom.
