தமிழக நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• 11-வது உலகத் தமிழ் மாநாடு சிதம்பரம் அண்ணாமலை பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் நடைபெறும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • 1-வது உலகத் தமிழ் மாநாடு அமெரிக்காவின் சிகாகோவில் நடைபெற்றது.
  • அனைத்துலக தமிழ் ஆய்வு மன்றம் 1964-ஆம் ஆண்டு தனிநாயகம் அடிகளாரால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
  • முதல் உலகத் தமிழ் மாநாடு 1966-ம் ஆண்டு கோலாலம்பூரில் தனிநாயகம் அடிகளார் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது.

 

 

தேசிய நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• இரக்சா கியான் சக்தி திட்டத்தின் படி அறிவுசார் சொத்துரிமை ஏற்பாட்டுப் பிரிவிற்கும் பாதுகாப்பு உற்பத்தி மற்றும் தேசிய ஆராய்ச்சி மேம்பாட்டு கழகத்திற்கும் இடையே ஒரு புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.
  • தேர்வு துளிகள்:
  • ரக்சா கியான் திட்டம் 2018-ம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
  • ரக்சா கியான் (RAKSHA GYAN AHAKTI) நோக்கம் பாதுகாப்பு துறையில் தன்னிறைவு அடைவதற்காக தொடங்கப்பட்டது

 

 

• இரயில்வே பாதுகாப்புப் படையானது “தாகம் நடவடிக்கை”  (operation thirst) எனும் புதிய திட்டத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
  • நோக்கம் – ரயில்களிலும், ரயில் நிலையங்களிலும் அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத குடிநீரை விற்பனை செய்வதை தடுக்கும் அகில இந்திய அளவிலான செயல் திட்டம் ஆகும்.
  • ரயில்வே சட்டம் 144, 153 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.

 

 

அறிவியல் தொழில்நுட்பம்

 

• எத்தனால் எரிபொருளில் இயங்கும் முதல் பைக் டி.விஎஸ் மோட்டார் நிறுவனம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
  • எத்தனால் அதிகம் கிடைக்க வாய்ப்புள்ள கரும்பு அதிகம் விளையும் மாநிலங்களான மகாராஷ்டிரம், உத்திரபிரதேசம் மற்றும் கர்நாடாகத்தில் இப்புதிய ரக வாகனம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • எத்தனால் கரும்பு சக்கையில் இருந்து தயாரிக்கப்படுகிறது.

• 11^th World Tamil conference will be held at Annamalai University, Chidambaram.
  • It has been declared in the 10^th World Tamil conference in Chicago of USA. 10^th World Tamil conference arranged by International Association for Tamil Research.

 

 

NATIONAL NEWS

• Raksha Gyan Shakthi (MRGS) mission, a MoU was signed between the intellectual property Facilitation Cell (IPFC). Department of Defense Production and National Research Development corporation (NRDC)
  • MRGS was launched in 2018 to incluate IP culture in Indian defence Manufacturing ecosystem. aim : Innovation towards achieving self reliance in defence sector.

 

     

• The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has launched a new program called “Operation Thirst”

• It is an All India action plan to crack down on the selling of unauthorized packaged drinking water in trains and railway stations.

 

 

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

• TVS Motors introduced India’s First ethanol – powered motorcycle
• The company said the new model would be available for sale in sugarcane – producing Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka
• Key Features:
• India’s 1^st Ethanol – based motor cycle.
• Green graphics seamlessly woven with the “Ethanol” logo

 

 

APPOINTMENTS

• India’s Anshula kant is World Bank MD and CFO
  • The World Bank group announced that Anshula kant, an Indian national, has been appointed its next MD and CFO. Kant will be the first women CFO of the Bank. She was formely employed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the State Bank of India.
