தமிழகத்துக்கான அந்நிய முதலீடுகளை ஈர்ப்பதற்காக தனிசிறப்புப் பிரிவுகள் சென்னையிலும், தில்லியிலும் தொடங்கப்படும் என்று முதல்வர் சட்டபேரவை விதி 110-ன் கீழ் வெளியிட்டார்.
- அந்நிய முதலீடுகளை ஈர்க்க “யாதும் ஊரே” என்ற இணையதளமும் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
- “தொழில் வளர் தமிழகம்” என்ற பெயரில் உள் நாட்டிலும் வெளிநாட்டிலும் கருத்தரங்குகள் நடத்தப்படும்.
