கைவினைப் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் கலைஞர்களை காக்கும் பொருட்டு இந்திய அரசு 1999ம் ஆண்டு பல வகையான பொருட்களுக்கு புவிசார் குறியீடு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு சட்டத்தை கொண்டு வந்தது. இதன்படி புவிசார் குறியீடு வழங்கப்பட்ட பொருட்களை மற்ற பகுதியினர் விற்பனை செய்வதும் போலிகளும் தடுக்கப்படுகிறது.
சமீபத்தில் கொடைக்கானல் மலைப்பூண்டு, திண்டுக்கல் பஞ்சாமிர்தம், ஈரோடு மஞ்சள் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு புவிசார் குறியீடு வழங்கப்பட்ட நிலையில், தற்போது சேலம் மாம்பழம், ஓசூர் ரோஜா, ஸ்ரீவில்லிபுத்தூர் பால்கோவா, திண்டுக்கல் பூட்டு, ராஜபாளையம் நாய், காரைக்குடி கண்டாங்கி சேலை, கோடாலிகருப்பூர் சேவை ஆகிய 7 பொருட்களுக்கு புவிசார் குறியீடு பதிவு கிடைத்துள்ளது.

“புதிய தேசிய சைபர் பாதுகாப்பு வியூகத்தை நோக்கி” (Towards New National Cyber Security Strategy””) என்ற தலைப்பில் 12வது இந்திய பாதுகாப்பு உச்சி மாநாடு டெல்லியில் நடைபெற்றது.
மாநாட்டின் போது, முக்கியமான தேசிய உள்கட்டமைப்பைப் பாதுகாத்தல், வளர்ந்து வரும் இணைய அச்சுறுத்தல்கள், சம்பவங்கள், சவால்கள் மற்றும் பதில் போன்ற பல பிரச்சினைகள் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன.
இந்தியா உலகின் முதல் பயோமெட்ரிக் கடற்படை அடையாள ஆவணத்தை (Biomertic Seafarer Identity Document (BSID)) அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது. இது கடற்படையினரின் முக பயோமெட்ரிக் தரவைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறது. இதை புதுதில்லியில் மாநில கப்பல் மற்றும் இரசாயன மற்றும் உரங்கள் அமைச்சர் ஸ்ரீ மன்சுக் மண்டவியா தொடங்கினார். புதிய பி.எஸ்.ஐ.டி அட்டைகளை 5 இந்திய கடற்படையினரிடம் ஒப்படைத்தார்.
மத்திய இரசாயனங்கள் மற்றும் உரங்களுக்கான அமைச்சர் ஸ்ரீ டி.வி. சதானந்த கவுடா புது தில்லியில், “ஜானுஷாதியின் சுகம்”(Janaushadhi Sugam) என்ற மொபைல் செயலியை அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார். இது விற்பனை நிலையங்கள் மற்றும் பொதுவான மருந்துகளைத் தேட உதவும்.

அமெரிக்க பாடகரும் பாடலாசிரியருமான டெய்லர் ஸ்விஃப்ட் ஃபோர்ப்ஸ் பத்திரிகையின் ‘இசையில் அதிக சம்பளம் வாங்கும் பெண்’ பிரிவில் 2019ஆம் ஆண்டில் 185 மில்லியன் டாலர் வருவாயுடன் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளார்.
டெய்லரைத் தொடர்ந்து பாப் பாடகர் பியோனஸ் 81 மில்லியன் டாலர் வருமானமும், பாடகர் ரிஹானா 62 மில்லியன் டாலர்களுடன் முறையே இரண்டாவது மற்றும் மூன்றாவது இடத்திலும் உள்ளனர்.

அடுத்த 9 நாள்களில் நிலவின் பரப்பில் சந்திரயான்-2 விண்கலம் தரையிறங்க உள்ள நிலையில், நிலவுப் பகுதியில் அதன் நீள்வட்டப்பாதையை குறைக்கும் நடவடிக்கையை இந்திய விண்வெளி ஆய்வு மைய (இஸ்ரோ) விஞ்ஞானிகள் புதன்கிழமை வெற்றிகரமாக மேற்கொண்டனர்.
