•    கொரோனா நோய்த்தொற்று மற்றும் அதனால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் நிலை குறித்து அறியவும், அதிகாரிகளுக்கு மக்கள் தகவல் அளிக்கவும் ஆரோக்கியசேது என்ற புதிய செல்லிடப்பேசி செயலியை மத்திய அரசு வியாழக்கிழமை (02.04.2020) அறிமுகம் செய்துள்ளது.
  • செய்தி துளிகள்:
    • ஆரோக்கியசேது என்ற புதிய செயலி ஒவ்வொரு இந்தியரின் ஆரோக்கியம் மற்றும் நலத்துக்கானதாகும். இதன் மூலம் கொரோனா நோய்த் தொற்றால் தாங்கள் பாதிக்கப்படுவோமா என்பதை பொதுமக்கள் அறியலாம்.
    • புளுடூத் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு (ஆர்டிபிஷியல் இன்டலிஜென்ஸ்) மூலம் பொதுமக்கள் மற்றவர்களுடன் கொண்டிருக்கும் தொடர்பை வைத்து கணிக்கும்;.

 

 

•   பொதுத் துறையைச் சேர்ந்த தேசிய அனல் மின் உற்பத்தி நிறுவனம் (என்டிபிசி) பிரதமர் நிதிக்கு ரூ.257.5 கோடியை வழங்குவதாக வியாழக்கிழமை (02.04.2020) அறிவித்துள்ளது. கொரோனா நோய்த் தொற்றுக்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு பிரதமரின் நிவாரண நிதிக்கு ஏராளமான நிறுவனங்கள் பங்களிப்பை வழங்கி வருகின்றன.
  • செய்திகள் துளிகள்:
    • நிதிச் சேவையில் ஈடுபட்டு வரும் எச்டிஎஃப்சி குழுமம் பிரதமர் நிதிக்கு ரூ.150 கோடியை வழங்கவுள்ளதாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.
    • தனியார் துறையைச் சேர்ந்த கரூர் வைஸ்யா வங்கி அதன் சமூகப் பொறுப்புணர்வு திட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளின் ஒரு பகுதியாக பிரதமர் நிவாரண நிதிக்கு ரூ.5 கோடியை நன்கொடையாக வழங்குவதாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.

 

உலக நிகழ்வுகள்

•   உலக வங்கி கொரோனா வைரசை எதிர்த்துப் போராட இந்தியாவுக்கு 1 பில்லியன் டாலர்கள் தொகையை அவசரகால நிதியாக வழங்குவதாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.
  • உலக வங்கியின் முதற்கட்ட உதவி 1.9 பில்லியன் டாலர்களாகும், இது 25 நாடுகளுக்கான உதவித்தொகையாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • செய்தி துளிகள்:
    • பாகிஸ்தானுக்கு 200மில் டாலர்கள், ஆப்கானுக்கு 100மில்லியன் டாலர்கள், மாலத்தீவுகளுக்கு 7.3 மில்லியன் டாலர்கள், இலங்கைக்கு 128.6 மில்லியன் டாலர்கள் வழங்குகிறது உலக வங்கி

 

 

 

•      சீனாவின் உள்ளூர் ரயில் நிலையம், ஓட்டல்கள், வூஹான் நகர எல்லைகள் உள்ளிட்ட இடங்களில், சுகாதாரத்துறையினர், ‘மொபைல் போன் பார்கோடு’ வைத்துள்ளனர்.

    • விளையாட்டு அரங்கங்களில் ஒரே நேரத்தில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான படுக்கை வசதிகளுடன் கூடிய சிகிச்சை மையங்களாக மாற்றப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. ஈரானில் ஒரு விளையாட்டு அரங்கம் 2000 படுக்கைகள் கொண்ட சிகிச்சை மையமாக மாறி உள்ளது.
    • அமெரிக்காவின் பிலடெல்பியா டெம்பிள் பல்கலைகழக விளையாட்டு அரங்கம் 200 படுக்கைகளுடன் கூடிய கொரோனா சிகிச்சை மையமாக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• India’s first corona virus hospitalize insurance by phonepe for COVID-19 treatment.
  • The accelerated pace of corona virus is affecting mankind adversely despite government efforts for curbing the situation. To provide support for such cases, Digital Payments company Phonepe has launched India’s first COVID-19 hospitalization insurance policy called Corona care in collaboration with Bajaj Allianz General insurance for people who have been infected and hospitalized for COVID-19 treatment.

• Chittarajan Locomotive works of Indian Railways creates world Record of making 431 Locomotives for Fy20
  • Chittaranjan Locomotive works the manufacturing unit of Indian Railways based in Asansol, west Bengal has set the Limca Book of Records for producing record 431 Locomotives in the Financial year 2019-2020 in 292 working days.
  • It is 2.15 times its installed capacity of 200 locomotives per year. This was achieved despite novel corona virus restrictions that creating disruptions during the current financial year 2020

  • Wimbledon Organisers cancelled the 134^th Edison of wimblodon Tennis tournament. For the first time since world war II due to threats of corona virus (COVID – 19).
  • The tournament was scheduled between June 29, 2020 to July 13, 2020 and the next edition of the tournament will be from June 28 to July 11, 2021

  • The Govt of india has officially launched its 1^st Comprehensive Corona virus tracking app called Aarogya Setu (which translates  from Sanskrit to ‘A bridge of health’) for Android and ios users. To connect health services with the people to fight the novel corona virus outbreak.
