Educational Qualification
(i) Must have passed Plus 2 with Tamil as one of the Subjects.
(ii) Must have passed Government Technical Examination in English Shorthand by Higher Grade / Senior Grade (120 w.p.m).
(iii) Must have passed Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade / Senior Grade (45 w.p.m).
(iv) Working knowledge in Tamil Shorthand is required.
(v) The candidate should possess sufficient working knowledge of computer in the day to day functioning of Office.
Age Limit
- For SC / ST / SC(A) Candidates- 18 to 37 Years
- For BC / BC(M) / MBC/DC Candidates – 18 to 34 Years
- For “Others” [i.e. Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, and BCMs] – 18 to 32 Years
