• உள்நாட்டு விமானம் தாங்கி கப்பல் அடுத்தாண்டு நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணிப்பு இந்தியாவிலேயே தயாரிக்கப்படும் முதல் விமானம் தாங்கி கப்பல் என்ற பெருமையை ஐஎன்ஸ் விக்ராந்த் பெற்றுள்ளது.
  • இந்த கப்பல் கேரள மாநிலம் கொச்சி கடற்படைத் தளத்தில் கட்டப்பட்டு வருகிறது. கட்டுமானப் பணிகள் இறுதிக்கட்டத்தை அடைந்துள்ள நிலையில், பாதுகாப்புத்துறை அமைச்சர் ராஜ்நாத்சிங் நேற்று நேரில் ஆய்வு செய்தார்.
  • இந்தியா தயாரித்துள்ள முதல் விமானம் தாங்கி போர்க் கப்பலான ஐஎன்எஸ் விக்ராந்த், அடுத்த ஆண்டு நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணிக்கப்படும். நாடு விடுதலை பெற்று 75 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவதை யொட்டி இந்த கப்பல் கடற்படையில் சேர்க்கப்படும்.சுயசார்பு இந்தியாவின் சிறந்த உதாரணமாக இந்த விமானம் தாங்கி கப்பல் இருக்கும். இந்த கப்பல் மூலம் இந்தியா கடல்சார் பாதுகாப்பு மேலும் அதிகரிக்கும்.

• ஆந்திராவில் அரசுப்பணிகளுக்கான நேர்முகதேர்வு களைரத்து செய்து ஆணை குரூப் 1 வேலை முதற்கொண்டு அனைத்து அரசு பணிகளுக்கும் எழுத்து தேர்வுகள் மட்டுமே நடத்தப்படும் என்றும், நேர்முகத் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படாது எனவும் புதிய அரசாணையை ஆந்திர அரசு நேற்று வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

• வருமானவரி சட்டத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள இணக்கங்களுக்கான கடைசி தேதிகளை அரசு மேலும் நீட்டித்துள்ளது. கோவிட்-19 சிகிச்சைக்கான செலவு மற்றும் கோவிட்-19 காரணமாக ஏற்பட்ட இறப்புக்கு பெறப்பட்ட உதவித்தொகைக்கான வரிவிலக்கையும் அது அறிவித்துள்ளது.

• Indian Navy to get its first ever indigenous aircraft carrier IAC-1 Vikrant next year
  • India’s first indigenously built aircraft carrier Vikrant, boasting of 75% homegrown content, will be commissioned next year, Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh said on Friday after a visit to the Southern Naval Command in Kochi.
  • Describing the Indigenous Aircraft Carrier (IAC) as “India’s pride and a shining example of Atmanirbhar Bharat. commissioning of the IAC next year will be a befitting tribute to 75 years of India’s independence
  • IAC would be commissioned as INS Vikrant in the first half of 2022.

• AP Govt dispenses with interviews for recruitments in government service
  • The new system, wherein only written examinations would be conducted for all categories of posts, including Group-1 services.  the Andhra Pradesh government issued a formal order dispensing with the process of interviews for all future recruitments into government service, including the executive posts.

• No tax on Covid related aid for recipient says Finance minister
  • The government won’t levy any income tax on financial aid received by an individual from an employer or others for treatment of covid-19, the finance ministry said on Friday.
  • In addition, any financial assistance received by family members of a person who has died from the viral disease will not be subject to income tax.
