Police Physical Training in Chennai

Every year police department announce the recruitment for the sub Inspector. Many aspirants will applied for the police Sub Inspector post. Most important criteria for police exam is the physical test, so candidates should maintain their fitness and have training from the experienced physical trainer is must. To step into the physical Eligibility test candidates have to clear the written examination first. The written Examination is the first process to get into the physical Eligibility test. Candidates who are clear the written test with the mark fixed by government will qualify to attend the Physical Eligibility test.

Police Physical Training:

To qualify the Physical Eligibility Test, candidates have to undergo for three test conducted by the police department. The tests are,

• Physical Measurement Test
• Physical Endurance Test
• Physical Efficiency Test

Candidates have to take these three tests and prove themselves that they are fit for the department of police.

Physical Measurement Test:

This the first test conducted for the candidates to measure their height, weight and chest, but candidates who are all not having this measurement will be disqualified. The measurements are,

• Height:
  • Male candidates : 170cms
  • Female candidates : 159cms
• Weight:
  • Male aspirants : 47.5kgs
  • Female aspirants : Not applicable
• Chest Measurement:
  • Male aspirants : 81cms-88cms expandable
  • Female aspirants : Not applicable

Physical Endurance Test:

Candidates who are all fit with the measurement test will be step into the next test of Physical Endurance Test. In this test candidates will be take part in the Running event. The timing and meter to cover in the running will be,

• Male candidates : 1500mtrs in 7mins
• Female candidates : 400mtrs in 2mins

Physical Efficiency Test:

Physical Efficiency Test in nest to the Physical Endurance Test. Candidates who are all eligible in the endurance test will be qualified to attend the efficiency test. This test is also have some events like robe climbing, high jump, long jump, 100mtrs and 400mtrs running for male candidates and for female candidates the events are long jump, short put throw, 100mtrs and 200mtrs running. Candidates who are got 1 star then they will 2 marks and for 2 stars is 5 marks.
