தேசிய நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• தனிநபர்களைப் பயங்கரவாதியாக அடையாளம் கண்டு அவரதுசொத்துக்களைப் பறிமுதல் செய்தவற்காக மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகளுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கும் சட்ட விரோதச் செயல்கள் தடுப்புச் சட்டத் திருத்த (AVgpV) மசோதா மாநிலங்களவையில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
  • சட்டவிரோதச் செயல்கள் தடுப்புச் சட்டம் 1967-ல் திருத்தம் செய்யும் வகையிலான இச்சட்டத் திருத்த மசோதா மக்களவையில் ஜுலை 24-ல் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

 

 

• பட்டுத் தொழிலின் வளர்ச்சிக்காக சில்க் சமக்ரா (“Silk Samagra”) என்ற திட்டத்தின் கீழ் சுமார்22கோடி ரூபாய் தமிழகம் பெறவுள்ளது.
  • சில்க் சமக்ரா என்பது பட்டுத் தொழில்துறை மேம்பாட்டுக்கான ஒருங்கிணைந்த திட்டமாகும் (ISDSI) மத்திய அரசு பட்டு வாரியம் (CSB) மூலம் மத்திய அரசு 2017-18 முதல் 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ரூ.2,161,68 கோடி செலவில் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

 

 

• தேசிய உணவுப் பாதுகாப்புக்கு பெரும் ஊக்கமளிக்கும் வகையில் இந்திய அரசு தெலுங்கானா, ஆந்திரா, மகாராஷ்டிரா மற்றும் குஜராத்தில் பைலட் அடிப்படையில் ஒன் நேஷன் ஒன் ரேஷன் கார்டு திட்டத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.
  • இந்த பைலட் திட்டம் 2019 ஆகஸ்ட் 1 முதல் அமலுக்கு வருகிறது. ‘ஒன் நேஷன் ஒன் ரேஷன் கார்டு’ திட்டம் உணவு பாதுகாப்பு சலுகைகளின் பெயர்வுத்திறனை அனுமதிக்க முயல்கிறது.

 

 

 

• அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் குறைந்தபட்ச ஊதியத்தை உறுதி செய்யும் ஊதியங்கள் சட்ட மசோதா, மாநிலங்களவையில் நிறைவேறியது.
  • முன்னதாக இந்த மசோதாவுக்கு மக்களவை கடந்த மாதம் 30-ம் தேதி ஒப்புதல் அளித்திருந்தது.
  • குறைந்தபட்ச ஊதியங்கள் சட்டம், ஊதியங்கள் பட்டுவாடா சட்டம், ஊக்கதொகை பட்டுவாடா சட்டம். சமஊதிய சட்டம் ஆகிய 4 சட்டங்களை ஒருங்கிணைக்கும்.

• இந்தியாவும் யுனைடெட் கிங்டமும் கர்நாடகாவின் தலைநகரான பெங்களுருவில் சுத்தமான காற்றுக்கான புதுமை (IFCA) இரண்டு ஆண்டு கூட்டு முயற்சியைத் தொடங்கின.
  • செயற்கைக்கோள் மற்றும் சென்சார் தரவை ஒருங்கிணைப்பதன் மூலம் தனித்துவமான காற்றின் தர அளவீட்டு முறையை வழங்குவதையும், மின்சார வாகனங்களுக்கு (EV) இந்தியாவின் மாற்றத்தை ஆதரிப்பதையும் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

• பேட்மிண்டன் உலக கூட்டமைப்பால் சமீபத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட பெண்கள் ஒற்றையர் தரவரிசையில், இந்தியாவின் நட்சத்திர வீரர்கள் பி.வி.சிந்து மற்றும் சாய்னா நேவால் முறையே 5 வது இடத்தையும் 8வது இடத்தையும் தக்க வைத்துக் கொண்டுள்ளனர். தரவரிசையில் ஜப்பானின் அகானே யமகுச்சி முதலிடம் வகிக்கிறார்.

NATIONAL NEWS

• The Lok Sabha, passed the Code on Wages Bill, 2019 enabling Centre to fix minimum statutory wage for the entire country, a move that will benefit 500 million workers.
  
  • The bill will now be tabled in Rajya Sabha for passage following which it will be enacted. 

 

 

• The Parliament on Friday approved an amendment to the anti-terror law, to give powers for the central government to designate an individual as terrorist and seize his/her properties even as the Opposition warned that the law may be misused.
  • While the Lok Sabha had passed the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Bill, 2019, that seeks to amend the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

 

 

 

• Tamil Nadu, which has been ranked among the leading silk producing States in the country, will receive about Rs 6.22 crore under the Silk Samagra — an Integrated Scheme for Development of Silk Industry (ISDSI) implemented by the Union government through the Central Silk Board (CSB) .

 

 

• One nation one ration card schemewas launched on Thursday on a pilot basis in four states- Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • The scheme will provide a major boost to the national food security government.

• The Innovation for Clean Air (IfCA) was launched in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The two-year UK-India joint initiative provides Indian and UK stakeholders opportunities to test interventions related to air quality and EV integration.

• Hydrabad joined with Indian Space Research center to launch its first private space museum.

• Government-owned India Post Payments Bank has decided to change its future course by converting to a small finance bank. With this, the postal department aims to offer small loans to customer and open one crore bank accounts in 100 days.
  • The announcement came as a part of the heads of circles conference held at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, from July 29-31, 2019.
