Foreign Exchange Management Act[FEMA], 1999 |
அந்நிய செலாவணி மேலாண்மை சட்டம் [பெமா], 1999 |
| Objective of the act is to consolidate the law relating to foreign exchange with the objective of facilitating external trade and payments. |
அந்நியசெலாவணிதொடர்பானசட்டங்களை ஒருங்கிணைத்துஅதன்மூலம்வெளிநாட்டு வர்த்தகம்மற்றும்பணம்செலுத்தும்நிலையை எளிதாக்குதல். |
| The FEMA replaces the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA), 1973. |
அந்நியசெலாவணிஒழுங்குமுறைச்சட்டம் (பெரா) 1973-யைமாற்றிபெமாசட்டம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. |
| The FEMA is applicable to the all parts of India. |
இந்தியாவின்அனைத்துபகுதிகளுக்கும்பெமா சட்டம்பொருந்தும். |
| This Act seeks to make offences related to foreign exchange Civil Offenses. FERA was Criminal Offences. |
அந்நியசெலாவணிசம்பந்தப்பட்டகுற்றங்கள் சிவில்குற்றங்களாகவிசாரிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆனால்பெராசட்டத்தில்இதுகுற்றவியல் குற்றங்கள்ஆகும். |

| 1. It classified the Foreign Exchange transactions in two categories viz Capital Account and Current Account transactions. |
1. இச்சட்டம்அந்நியசெலாவணி பரிவர்த்தனைகளைஇரண்டுவகையாக பிரிக்கின்றது.அதாவதுமூலதனக்கணக்கு மற்றும்நடப்புக்கணக்குபரிவர்த்தனைகள். |
| 2. FEMA doesn’t apply to Indian Citizen’s resident outside India. |
2. இந்தியாவிற்குவெளியில்வசிக்கும்இந்திய குடிமகனுக்குபெமாசட்டம்பொருந்தாது. |
| 3. It provides power to the RBI for specifying in, consultation with the Central Government, the classes of capital account transactions and limits to which exchange is admissible for such transactions. |
3. மூலதனக்கணக்குபரிவர்த்தனைபற்றிய விவரங்களில்முடிவெடுக்கஅல்லதுஅரசுடன் கலந்தாலோசித்துமுடிவெடுக்கரிசர்வ் வங்கிக்குஇச்சட்டம்அதிகாரம்வழங்குகிறது. |
| 4. Exporters are needed to furnish their export details to RBI. To ensure that the transactions are carried out property, RBI may ask the exporters to comply with its necessary requirements. |
4. ஏற்றுமதியாளர்கள்தனதுஏற்றுமதி விவரங்களைரிசர்வ்வங்கியிடம்சமர்பிக்க வேண்டும்.இந்நடவடிக்கையானதுபரிவர்த்தனை சரியாகநடைபெறுவதை RBI உறுதி செய்வதற்காகவும்மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. |
