• விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டத்தில் இருந்து புதிதாக தோற்றுவிக்கப்பட்ட கள்ளக்குறிச்சி மாவட்டத்தின் தொடக்க விழா (நவ. 26) இன்று நடைபெறுகிறது.

• சிறப்பு பாதுகாப்பு படை (எஸ்பிஜி) சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா மக்களவையில் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது.
  • செய்தி துளிகள்:
    • இந்த புதிய மசோதாவின்படி, தற்போது பதவியில் இருக்கும் பிரதமருக்கும், அவருடன் தங்கியிருக்கும் குடும்ப உறுப்பினருக்கும் எஸ்பிஜி பாதுகாப்பு அளிக்கப்படும்.
    • முன்னாள் பிரதமருடன் வசிக்கும் குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு அவர் பதவியில் இருந்து விலகிய பிறகு 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மட்டுமே எஸ்பிஜி பாதுகாப்பு அளிக்கப்படும்.
    • தற்போதுள்ள எஸ்பிஜி சட்டப்படி முன்னாள் பிரதமருக்கும் அவர் குடும்ப உறுப்பினருக்கும் கால வரையின்றி எஸ்பிஜி பாதுகாப்பு அளிக்கப்படும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

 

 

• பெரு நிறுவனங்களுக்கான வரியை குறைப்பதற்கான வரி விதிமுறைகள் சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதாவை மத்திய நிதியமைச்சர் நிர்மலா சீதாராமன் மக்களவையில் அறிமுகம் செய்தார்.

    • நாட்டில் அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீடுகளை அதிகரிக்கும் பொருட்டு, பெரு நிறுவனங்களுக்கான வரியை 30% இருந்து 22% -மாக மத்திய அரசு அண்மையில் குறைத்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

• டேவிஸ் கோப்பை இறுதி ஆட்டத்தில் கனடாவை வீழ்த்தி 6-ஆவது முறையாக ஸ்பெயின் சாம்பியன் பட்டம் வென்றது.

    • இப்போட்டி புதிய முறையில் ஸ்பெயின் தலைநகர் மாட்ரில் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
    • ஸ்பெயின் ஏற்கெனவே கடந்த 2000, 2004, 2008, 2009, 2011-இல் டேவிஸ் கோப்பை பட்டத்தை வென்றுள்ளது.
    • ஒரே நகரில், ஒரே வாரத்தில் 18 நாடுகளின் அணிகள் மோதிக் கொண்டது இதுவே முதல்முறை என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

• ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 26 ஆம் தேதி இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு தினம் (அ) சம்விதன் திவாஸ் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது.
  • செய்தி துளிகள்:
    • 1949 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்த நாளில், இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு 1950 ஜனவரி 26 அன்று நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. மத்திய சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சகம் (எம்.எஸ்.ஜே.இ) அரசியலமைப்பு தின கொண்டாட்டத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.
    • இந்த ஆண்டு இது அரசியலமைப்பு தினத்தின் நான்காவது பதிப்பாகும் (அரசியலமைப்பை ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட 70வது ஆண்டுவிழா) இது 2015 அக்டோபரில் நிறுவப்பட்டது, இது சட்டமன்றத்தின் வரைவுக் குழுவின் தலைவர் டாக்டர் பி.ஆர்.அம்பேத்கரின் 125 வது பிறந்த ஆண்டு விழாவின் நாடு தழுவிய கொண்டாட்டங்களின் ஒரு பகுதியாக நிறுவப்பட்டது.

NATIONAL NEWS

• Chhattisgarh government announced that the state is set to have Guru Ghasidas National Park in Kotiya district as its fourth ‘tiger reserve’. This decision was taken in 11th meeting of Chhattisgarh State Wildlife Board chaired by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
  • The National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) had approved to declare Guru Ghasidas National Park as a tiger reserve in 2014.

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the Fit India School grading system in schools across the country. The grading will be in 3 categories. During the launch PM Modi also appealed all schools to enroll in Fit India raking system to make it a mass movement and spread awareness.
  • He also urged students and teachers to participate in ‘Fit India Week’ to be organized by as many as 22,000 Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) schools across the country.

 

 

• The Centre has extended a ban on Assam-based Bodo insurgent group National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) citing that the terrorist outfit has continued to indulge its involvement in violent activities which includes killings, extortion and joining hands with anti-India forces.
  • The NDFB was declared an outlawed outfit in 1990s, the ban has been extended every five years since then.

• Senior Vidhan Sabha officials reported that Delhi Assembly will host the 10th edition of the three-day Commonwealth Youth Parliament event that starts on Monday 25-11-19.
  • In a statement, the Vishan Sabha secretariat said, “47 participants from 24 countries are participating in this prestigious event. 11 participants are from India.
