• உத்திரப் பிரதேச அரசாங்கமானது அம்மாநிலத்தின் அரசாணையை இந்தி மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய இரு மொழிகளுடன் சேர்த்து சமஸ்கிருத மொழியில் வெளியிட முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.
  • சமஸ்கிருதம் உத்திரகாண்ட் மாநிலத்தின் ஆட்சி மொழியாகவும் உள்ளது

 

 

• பாலகோட் தாக்குதலானது இந்திய விமானப் படையால் “பந்தர் நடவடிக்கை” என பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • புல்வாமா தாக்குதல் நிகழ்விற்கு பதிலடி கொடுக்க இந்திய விமானப் படை பாலகோட்டில் தாக்குதல் நடத்தியது.
  • மிராஜ் 2000 ரக போர் விமானங்களை பயன்படுத்தி தாக்குதல் நடத்தியது.

• ஈரான் மீது கடுமையான பொருளாதார தடையை விதித்தது அமெரிக்கா.
  • ஈரான்-ஐக்கிய அரபு அமீரகம் இடையேயான கடல்பாதை சர்வதேச கச்சா எண்ணெய் போக்குவரத்து மிக முக்கியமானது.
  • இந்தியாவின் கச்சா எண்ணெய் தேவையில் 83% இந்த வழியாகதான் நடைபெறுகிறது.

NATIONAL NEWS

• Our Indian government has developed a National Strategic Plan along with the goal of ending Tuberculosis (TB) by 2025. India accounts for 27.4 lakh estimated new TB cases annually, which is the highest in terms of absolute numbers.
  • Though, India ranks 35th in the world in terms of TB cases per lakh population. In total Over 5 lakh 62 thousand patients were cured last year.

 

• A pilot project aimed at providing smoke-free environment in the kitchen for women will be launched by the Maharashtra government.
  • The project, named “Chullah (wood-fired stove)-free and smoke-free Maharashtra”, will target the women who have not benefited under the Ujjwala or any other LPG distribution scheme.

 

• The Government of Jammu and Kashmir have decided to open around 18 AMRIT (Affordable Medicines and Reliable Implants for Treatment) stores to be put up in all the medical colleges , Hospitals and in most prominent locations which are associated hospitals of the states.
  • The purpose of the initiative is to provide quality and affordable medicines to the end users.

 

INTERNATIONAL NEWS

• The third Indo-French cyber dialogue 2019 was held in Paris, France. To combat terror in cyber space, the two sides have decided to develop effective mechanism and coordinate their efforts in cyber space.

 

ECONOMY

• Investment Capital in commercial real estate by the investors of Indian in overseas markets soared by 92 percent to $700 million which is around 4,893 crore in Indian money between the first quarter of 2018 and the first quarter of this year, It is states by a report
  • Investors tapped the overseas market to diversify risk and increase their returns, the report by global property consultant Knight Frank said.

 

SPORTS

• Our Indian Women Hockey team has won the Japan by 3-1 in the clash to win the FIH Women’s Series Finals. After the lead given by rani rampal Gurjit Kaur struck twice.
  • Though our Indian Women Hockey Team has already registered their entry in FIH Olympic Qualifiers 2019

• on 23rd June is observed as World Olympic Day, Which was introduced on 1948 to commemorate the launch day of the Modern Olympic Games on 23 June 1894 at the Sorbonne in Paris.
  • The first ever Olympic Day was celebrated on june 23rd by 9 nations.
