• உத்தரப்பிரதேசத்தின் முதலமைச்சரான யோகி ஆதித்யநாத் 24×7 கட்டணமில்லா ஹெல்ப்லைனை அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார்.
  • லக்னோவுக்குச் செல்வதற்குப் பதிலாக 1076 என்ற தொலைபேசி அழைப்பின் மூலம் மாநிலம் முழுவதும் உள்ள மக்கள் தங்கள் குறைகளை பதிவு செய்ய இது அனுமதிக்கிறது.

 

 

• இந்தியா, பிரம்மோஸ் சூப்பர்சோனிக் கப்பல் ஏவுகணையை வெற்றிகரமாக சோதித்துள்ளது.
  • இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ‘பிரம்மோஸ் ஏரோஸ்பேஸ்’ சுகோய் 30 போர் விமானங்களில் இருந்து 500 கி.மீ சுற்றளவில் தாக்ககூடியது.
  • பிரம்மோஸ் ஏரோஸ்பேஸ் என்பது இந்தியா மற்றும் ரஷ்யா அரசாங்கங்களுக்கு சொந்தமான ஒரு கூட்டு நிறுவனமாகும், அதன் ஏவுகணைகள் இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்படுகின்றன.

 

 

• பேஷன் டிசைன் துறையில் நகரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக இந்தியாவின் முதல் வடிவமைப்பு மேம்பாட்டு மையம் ‘ஃபேஷனோவா’ (Fashionova) ஜவளி நகரமான சூரத்தில் சமீபத்தில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
  • இந்த ஸ்டுடியோவின் முக்கிய நோக்கம் ஆடை வியாபாரத்தில் ஒரு திறமை உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் ஒரு வலுவான தளத்தை வழங்குவதாகும்.

 

 

• பாகிஸ்தான் எல்லையில் பஞ்சாப் மற்றும் ஜம்முவில் ஊடுருவல் தடுப்பு கட்டத்தை பலப்படுத்த (Anti-Infiltration Grid) எல்லை பாதுகாப்பு படையால் (Border Security Force-BSF) “சுதர்ஷன்” என்ற நடவடிக்கை தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
  • இந்த பயிற்சி 2019 ஜுலை 1 அன்று தொடங்கியது.

 

 

• குறைந்து வரும் குழந்தை பாலின விகிதம் மற்றும் பெண்கள் அதிகாரம் தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு தீர்வு காணும் நோக்கில் தேசிய திட்டமான பேட்டி பச்சாவ் பேடி பதாவோ (Beti Bachao Beti Padhao-BBBP) திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நாட்டின் சிறந்த ஐந்து மாநிலங்களில் ஒன்றாக உத்தரகாண்ட் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • பேட்டி பச்சாவ் பேடி பதாவோ திட்டம் 22 ஜனவரி 2015 அன்று பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடியால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

 

 

சர்வதேச நிகழ்வுகள்

 

• வாஷிங்டனை தளமாகக் கொண்ட அமைப்பான சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் (International Monetary Fund – IMF) என்ற அமைப்பினால், ECB (ஐரோப்பிய மத்திய வங்கி) யின் முதல் பெண் தலைவரான கிறிஸ்டின் லகார்ட் (Christine Lagarde) தலைமை தாங்கவுள்ளார்.

• சுற்றுலாவை மேம்படுத்தும் முயற்சியில், நாட்டின் பல சுற்றுலா தலங்களை முன்னிலைப்படுத்த நேபாள சுற்றுலா வாரியம் இந்தியாவில் “நேபாளத்தை பார்வையிட 2020” என்ற திட்டத்தை இங்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்து வருகிறது.

• பிரான்சின் லியோனில் நடந்த இறுதிப் போட்டியில் நெதர்லாந்தை வீழ்த்தி அமெரிக்கா FIFA மகளிர் உலக கோப்பை 2019 பட்டத்தை வென்றது.
  • சர்வதேச பெண்களின் கால்பந்தில் ஆதிக்கம் செலுத்தும் சக்தியாக அமெரிக்காவின் நிலையை இந்த வெற்றி அடிக்கோடிட்டுக் காட்டுகிறது, ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் 8 பதிப்புகளில் 4வது முறையாக (முந்தையதாக 1991, 1999 மற்றும் 2015) உலகக் கோப்பை பட்டத்தை வென்றுள்ளனர்.

• The Yogi Adityanath government on Thursday launched the Chief Minister’s toll-free helpline that will enable people from across the state to register their complaints.
  • The helpline number 1076 will work 24×7.

 

• India’s first Design Development Center ‘Fashionova’ was launched in the Textile city Surat recently to promote the city in the field of the fashion design sector.
  • The main objective of this studio is to provide a strong platform to all those who have a flair of the apparel business.

 

• The Border Security Force (BSF) has launched a massive exercise, code named ‘Sudarshan’, to fortify the ‘anti-infiltration grid’ along the Pakistan border in Punjab and Jammu.
  • The exercise will see the entire BSF’s senior field brass, thousands of troops and machinery being deployed in these forward areas.

 

• Uttarakhand is one of the country’s five best-performing states under the National Programme Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) scheme .
  • The main aim is to address declining child sex ratio and issues of women empowerment.

 

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

• India has successfully test-fired a vertical deep dive version of the indigenous BrahMos supersonic missile. The upgraded version of the world’s fastest supersonic cruise missile with an enhanced range of up to 500 km is also ready.
  • It is was reported by CEO of BrahMos Aerospace, Sudhir Kumar Mishra.

 

APPOINTMENTS

• The Central government on Friday appointed M Nageswar Rao, Additional Director of CBI as the Director General of Fire Services, Civil Defence and Home Guard.
  • As per the government order, he will continue to hold the post till superannuation in July 2020.
