- 2003-ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்தியா – செஷல்ஸ் இடையே ஏற்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தத்தின் அடிப்படையில் செஷல்ஸ் (115 தீவுகளை உள்ளடக்கிய) நாட்டில் ராணுவத் தளத்தை அமைக்க இந்திய அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.

- In a bid to increase the importance of services sector and to encourage banks to lend more to this sector, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has decided to remover the per borrower loan limits for MSMEs involved in services for classification under priority sector lending.
- Paytm has said it is the largest contributor to the overall volume of UPI transactions in February 2018. It had registered 6.8 crore UPI transaction.
