  • அமெரிக்க உளவு துறை அமைப்பான சிஐஏ-வின் அடுத்த இயக்குநராக ‘கினா ஹஸ்பெல்’ நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

 

  • சவுதி அரேபியாவில் அடுத்த ஆண்டின் துவக்கத்தில் இருந்து 12 துறைகளில் வெளிநாட்டுப் பயணியாளர்கள் பணிபுரிய அல்லது தொழில் செய்ய தடை விதிக்க அந்நாட்டு அரசு முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.

 

  • சவுதி அரேபியாவில் 38 அண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகு திரையரங்குகள் திறக்கப்பட்டது. இங்கு முதன் முதலாக ‘பிளாக் பந்தர்’ என்ற ஹாலிவுட் படம் திரையிடப்பட்டது.
